Our Foundation
BDS Associates, LLP was established to address a gap in the market: sophisticated corporate claimants, pension funds, institutional investors, and corporate purchasers were routinely underrepresented in class action proceedings, leaving significant recoveries unclaimed.
Over three decades, we have built a practice defined by institutional rigor, procedural precision, and an unwavering focus on maximizing recovery for the clients we represent. Sean Ryan has been practicing law since 1990, with a specialized focus on antitrust litigation and the filing and management of antitrust claims on behalf of corporations of all sizes. Over the course of his career, Sean has developed extensive experience helping businesses identify potential antitrust claims, navigate complex claims processes, and pursue recoveries arising from anticompetitive conduct.
His practice focuses on providing corporations with experienced, hands-on management of their antitrust claims from initial evaluation and filing through administration and resolution. Sean works with both large corporations and smaller businesses, tailoring his approach to the circumstances and needs of each client. His experience allows clients to pursue eligible antitrust recoveries while minimizing the administrative burden associated with identifying, documenting, filing, and managing claims.
With more than three decades of legal experience, Sean brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to antitrust claims management. He is highly regarded for his knowledge and experience in complex antitrust claims matters and is frequently consulted by class counsel, plaintiffs' attorneys, defense counsel, and legislative bodies regarding complex claims filing, claims administration, and representation issues arising in cases nationwide.
Sean's experience extends beyond simply filing claims. He understands the complexities involved in identifying eligible claims, gathering and documenting supporting information, navigating claims procedures, and managing claims through the resolution process. His objective is to provide corporations with knowledgeable, efficient, and comprehensive representation throughout the life of their antitrust claims.
